Will these actually fit true to size?
Yes. Order your normal waist and length. The cut is relaxed and baggy on purpose, but the sizing itself runs true, so there's no need to size up or down.
Is the baggy fit too much if I'm used to slim jeans?
The cut is relaxed through the leg but still holds a straight line down to the hem, so it reads intentional, not sloppy. Most guys coming from a slimmer fit just order their normal number and it settles in fast.
What does the wash actually go with?
